Celebrating Our Core Value Winners

At Point Quest Group, our mission is driven by a deep commitment to five guiding values that shape how we show up each day — for our students, our teammates, and our partners.

Our Core Value winners are a vivid reflection of our guiding principles. Each honoree didn’t just do great work; they lived our values of Students First, Collaboration, Courage, Determination, and Fun in ways that lifted others and advanced our mission to help every student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Students First: Colleen Eckl, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Ampersand Therapy

Colleen is a bright light for her Ampersand Therapy team—kind, attuned to the needs of school specialists, and driven to make sure they have the tools to put students first. She’s taken on new challenges too, becoming a go-to RFP resource and training others along the way. That’s what “students first” looks like in action: thoughtful support that clears the path for exceptional care.

Collaboration: Corey Gibson, LMS Specialist, PQG Corporate

Corey designs engaging, research-driven trainings that translate into better student outcomes—then goes beyond his role to support cross-functional teams. His work is collaborative at its core: listening to needs, building with partners, and creating learning experiences that are fun, interactive, and draw engagement from our staff. Strong relationships are the foundation of our work, and Corey builds them every day.

Courage: Kathryn Dungan, Speech Language Pathologist, Jabbergym

From translating complex concepts into meaningful guidance for families, to continually expanding her research-backed SLP toolkit, Kathryn models compassionate, forward-thinking care. She is without judgment in her mentorship and champions neurodiversity-affirming practices—displaying courage with both heart and rigor. She is a continuous learner, working to be the best mentor she can and believing in every clinician's ability to operate at the top of their license.

Determination: Danielle (“Dani”) Estevez, Speech Language Pathologist, PCSS

Five districts. Six platforms. Virtual and in-person caseloads that continuously shift as needs change. Through it all, Dani has stayed positive, flexible, and focused on delivering the best services possible for all our students. Her steady, determined effort and problem-solving mindset exemplify Point Quest’s unwavering commitment to student success.

Fun: Brooke Peterson, Program Supervisor, PEDS

Even on tough days, Brooke brings energy and optimism that lifts the entire team. Her positivity is contagious, and she helps make our workplace one where people feel encouraged, energized, and hopeful. We believe learning should be joyful, and Brooke helps make it so.

Why It Matters

Our winners personify the values that define Point Quest Group: putting students first, leaning into teamwork, acting with courage, staying determined, and finding fun in our work. It’s how we deliver on our mission—and how we continue to grow our impact across schools and communities nationwide. Congratulations to our five Core Value Winners!
