  • Our hiring process is designed to move quickly so you can start making a difference soon:

    • For Behavioral Aides working in-district: Usually one interview, with offers potentially extended within 24 hours.

    • For Behavioral Aides at non-public schools: Interview with recruiter, followed by an onsite interview at the school, with offers potentially following within 24 hours.

    • For Professional roles (SLPs, OTs, Special Education Teachers, etc.): Interview with recruiter, then a clinical interview, with next steps discussed during or within 24 hours of the final interview.

  • Training varies by role to ensure you're fully prepared for your specific position. Our Behavioral Aide roles typically receive 5 days of in-person training. Other positions receive training tailored to their role requirements and responsibilities. All training is designed to set you up for success and provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to make a meaningful impact with our students

  • Yes! For our administrative staff and some of our therapists, we may offer remote or hybrid work schedules. Work arrangements vary by position and location, and are discussed during the interview process based on the specific role requirements.

  • Yes! We welcome new graduates at all levels. For our associate level roles (Behavioral Aides and Drivers), we hire high school graduates and those with equivalent education. We also offer positions for new Speech-Language Pathologists (including Clinical Fellowship Year), Occupational Therapists, COTAs (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants), and SLPAs (Speech-Language Pathology Assistants). We're big on mentorship and support, providing the guidance and resources you need to thrive in your career.

  • Working hours vary depending on the position. School-based roles typically follow the school day schedule, while other positions may have different hours based on student and program needs. Specific working hours are discussed during the interview process.

  • Our recruiting and onboarding staff use updated ATS and HRIS systems for streamlined processes. You'll have access to the full Microsoft Office and 365 suite for all your work needs. Additionally, we utilize behavioral software to support our students effectively. We invest in current technology to help you do your job efficiently and provide the best support to our students.
