2025: A Year of Growth and Unwavering Purpose
As 2025 comes to a close, it’s clear this was a transformational year for Point Quest Group.
We grew from a regional provider into a national organization operating across 19 states. We strengthened our leadership team, expanded our clinical bench, grew our therapeutic day schools, and brought exceptional partner organizations into our network. Most importantly, we showed up and lived our values every single day for the students who needed us.
This growth happened during a difficult time, with districts across the country facing unprecedented challenges. 77% of public schools report struggles in filling open positions, with shortages across nearly every special education discipline. Budget pressures, compliance demands, and increasingly complex student needs created urgent challenges, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
A Transformational Year
Today, Point Quest Group operates in 19 states, partners with more than 350 school districts and charter schools, supports over 50,000 students, and employs 2,400+ professionals nationwide. In 2025, we expanded our footprint by welcoming the following companies into our family: LinkUp Teletherapy, Boothby, and Northern California Preparatory School, our fourth non-public therapeutic day school in California.
What matters most is impact. Thousands of students received services when they otherwise would have gone without. Districts avoided critical service gaps. IEP minutes were protected. Rural communities gained access to specialists they never had before.
We’ve built a leadership team whose expertise makes it possible to deliver when schools need us most. These are people who make it possible to say yes when schools call late on a Friday afternoon, desperate for coverage on Monday morning.
Our recruiting and talent teams hired and placed more than 1,400 professionals in classrooms across the country this year, including behavior aides, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, counselors, psychologists, and 1:1 support staff. That continuity matters, especially in systems under strain.
We also maintain some of the industry’s highest employee and district retention rates. We believe outcomes improve when clinicians are supported, trained, and given clear pathways to grow, and when districts have partners they can rely on year after year.
We modernized our operations by introducing AI-enabled workflows across credentialing, contracting, and reporting, reducing friction for both staff and administrators. These investments allow us to move faster without compromising quality or compliance.
A Brand That Reflects Who We Are Today
As Point Quest Group became a national organization, we needed a brand that reflected both our scale and our values.
We launched a new brand and website designed to honor our roots while positioning us for the future. Our new ‘sunbow’ logo symbolizes forward momentum and the inclusive, multi-dimensional support we provide to students.
We also unified our growing network under a single family structure. Organizations including Jabbergym, Nyman Associates, and Ampersand, to IEP Therapy, LinkUp Teletherapy, and Eleutheria now operate as “A Point Quest Partner,” preserving their local identity while aligning around shared standards and purpose.
Our core values guide this work: Students First, Collaboration, Courage, Determination, and Fun. These principles shape how we partner with schools and how we show up for students every day.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we look to 2026, we honor the foundation that brought us here and the legacy of our co-founder, Greg Jaggers. Greg’s sudden passing is a tremendous loss, and his belief in students, educators, and trusted partnership continues to guide our work.
We are building on that legacy by expanding our clinical bench across behavioral health, mental health, OT, PT, SLP, and teletherapy. Further, we are deepening early intervention services and making disciplined investments in technology, training, and outcomes measurement.
The need for reliable, high-quality special education partners has never been greater, and Point Quest Group is ready to meet it. We are focused on what matters most and committed to doing it well.
