The process is simple:

SETTING UP A CONTRACT

Our SLP administrators, familiar with our local schools, will hand-pick the right SLP/SLPA from our proven staff. Our teammates have built long-lasting careers with us, some lasting decades. We carefully select clinicians who have both a deep understanding of eligibility and compliance standards and also share our commitment to exceptional student care. Beyond expertise, we look for professionals who thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment, ensuring every student receives the highest level of care and guidance.

MAINTAINING THE FINANCIAL CONTRACT

Simplified financial processes. Our team supplies the NPA/financial documentation to support your district’s individual needs. Our clinicians bill Medicaid monthly to ensure that your district’s reimbursement is maximized.

OBTAINING CLINICAL SUPPORT

Our clinical leadership is always immediately accessible to both your district and our clinician at any time throughout the contract. We measure school-level satisfaction regularly, resulting in happy principals, parents, and team members.

INDEPENDENT EVALUATIONS / COMPENSATORY SERVICES

We provide compensatory services for our district partners, which are available both onsite and via teletherapy.
